3. Subscription & Billing
Paid features operate under advance billing cycles. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. Sunlight IT Web Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable prior notice to users. Unless otherwise stated, all fees paid are non-refundable. If you believe a charge is in error, contact support@checkseo.in within 7 days of the billing date.
4. Intellectual Property
CheckSEO and Sunlight IT Web Solutions Pvt Ltd own or have licensed all materials available on the service, including but not limited to software, design elements, branding, documentation, and audit algorithms. These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
5. Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate with or link to external tools, APIs, and third-party services. These integrations are provided for convenience. Sunlight IT Web Solutions Pvt Ltd assumes no responsibility for the content, availability, accuracy, or operations of third-party services. Your use of any linked third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy.
6. Disclaimers & Liability
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Sunlight IT Web Solutions Pvt Ltd does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Termination
